• Platinum ($500 – $999 annually)

$200 goes to ADPAC

• Gold ($275 - $499 annually)

$49 goes to ADPAC

Balance to NCDPAC

 

• Silver ($125 - $274 annually)

$49 goes to ADPAC

Note:  Minimum annual contribution of $125 is required for NCDPAC membership.
