Cancellation/Refund Policy Registration refunds will be made, less a $25 administrative charge, upon receipt of a written request to cancel. Please send your request to: NCDS, Attn: Prissy Allen, 1600 Evans Rd. Cary, NC 27513 or fax to: 919-677-1397. Requests must be received in writing by May 1, 2013. Refunds WILL NOT be issued after May 1 except in the case of a medical emergency. Please note: Refund checks will be issued after returning from the 2013 NCDS Annual Session May 16-19, 2013.
