2017 Awards Program

NCDS-ADA_Logo_horiz_RGB-R

Recognizing individuals most deserving in all phases of dentistry, community service and leadership

Deadline for Nominees is March 10, 2017

Your help is needed to recognize deserving dentists or NC Citizens as nominees for the 2017 NCDS Awards Program.  There are five available categories for use when nominating these individuals.

Please refer to the brochure and below for complete descriptions of these areas as well as a recent listing of winners.  At the discretion of the Awards Committee, a nominee may be moved into a different award category.  In some cases, an award may have more than one recipient in the same year.  All award nominations will remain active indefinitely or until the nominee receives an award.  Awards may be give posthumously.

These awards will be presented during the 2017 Annual Session Awards Luncheon scheduled Thursday, May 18.  Award recipients and family members will be invited to attend this luncheon; however, if at all possible, we try to keep the names of the recipients SECRET!
*A former recipient can be nominated in another category.

If you have questions, please contact the NCDS Central Office, 919-234-4027.  Thank you for considering a nomination!
